You can catch a frequent and reliable service from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Central Bus Station in Abu Dhabi. The journey takes around 2.5 hours. The driver can sell you tickets directly if you prefer.
Another is by riding a taxi. A taxi is an excellent mode of transportation if you would like something more efficient. A one-way trip from downtown Dubai to Abu Dhabi takes around 1 hour and 25 minutes, and you can expect to pay between AED 250 and AED 300.
Furthermore, driving to Abu Dhabi is also an option if you have rented a car in Dubai. You can enjoy the scenic drive and make stops along the way if you so choose. Don’t forget to bring your driver’s license and any necessary documentation.

Day 8: Miracle Garden And Global Village
On day 8, you will visit two of the most popular tourist and local destinations – Dubai Miracle Garden and Global Village. It is impossible not to be captivated by the opulence and magnificence of these attractions. Colors, scents, and activities will make this a day that you’ll never forget.

Located over 72 square meters, the Dubai Miracle Garden contains 150 million flowers of different varieties, making it the world’s largest natural flower garden. You will be amazed to see the blooming flowers’ vibrant colors set in uniquely designed shapes. Imagine walking through a magical world of flowers that come alive in the middle of the desert. You can explore the garden with a guided tour or choose to skip the line with a half-day ticket.
The garden, however, is not open year-round, as it closes during extreme summer months.
A visit to the Dubai Butterfly Garden perfectly complements the Dubai Miracle Garden’s millions of blooms. Located only a short walk away, this “World’s Largest Covered Butterfly Garden” has an array of colorful butterflies fluttering among plants and flowers. Despite being smaller than the Miracle Garden, the Butterfly Garden offers many attractions and activities. Although it is open year-round, the Butterfly Garden may close in summer due to high temperatures.
Before heading to Global Village, you can have a good lunch at one of the restaurants in the Miracle Garden. There are more than 30 food and beverage vendors at Dubai Miracle, including coffee shops, candy stores, and fruit juice kiosks.

After appreciating nature’s beauty, get ready to explore the Global Village. It offers a cultural and tourism experience highlighting the diversity of people and cultures worldwide.

To avoid queues, make sure you purchase your entry tickets online in advance. To reach the village easily, take public transportation such as the RTA bus. You will need at least 3-4 hours to
see all the attractions, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The best time to visit the village is at 3-4 pm to avoid crowds and make the most of the afternoon.
The park is divided into four different regions, each representing a specific culture and with many activities, shops, and shows to keep you busy. Start exploring the pavilions and pick your favorites, but don’t miss out on the exciting cultural performances that take place throughout the day.
Nightfall transforms the park into an oasis of color and music as more and more lights are turned on. Don’t forget to taste the delicious street food worldwide and shop at the many cultural markets.

Your 9th day in Dubai will be visiting Deira Gold Souks and Dubai Creek. It is an ideal way to experience some of Dubai’s fascinating history and culture while indulging in some retail therapy.

Welcome to one of Dubai’s most spectacular tourist attractions – the Deira Gold Souks, a labyrinth of alleys glittering with gold!

The Gold Souk is located in the Deira commercial district. It now consists of two factions, one containing the old souks and another containing Dubai International Airport.
The area is surrounded by a variety of markets, including the Gold Souq (Gold), Aseelah (Restaurant), Irish Village (Irish pub), QDs (Bar), Indoor Food Market, Qwaider Al-Nabulsi (Middle-Eastern cuisine), and many more. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the market as you browse the stores and gaze at the sparkling displays.
Make sure to visit in the daytime when the souk is open from 10 AM to 10 PM (except Fridays, when it starts at 4 PM) to avoid missing out on anything. Evenings tend to be busier, so planning your visit earlier in the day may be better.
As you stroll through the market, take the time to chat with the friendly merchants and learn about their craft. Be sure to barter and negotiate prices to get the best deals possible.
Dubai Creek
After a visit to the Deira Gold Souks, make your way to the nearby Dubai Creek, a historic waterway that was once the heart of Dubai’s trading activities.

Located in the Al Fahidi Fort, this building is the oldest in Dubai and contains colorful dioramas and historical exhibits. In this museum, you can learn about life in Dubai before the oil boom and explore the city’s different growth phases. In addition, it’s conveniently located less than half a mile north of the Al Fahidi metro station, making it easy to reach.
